    2) Don’t sit for too long: Avoird sedentary lifestyle. Go for a short walk get moving once every hour of sitting.

    3) Exercise: Engage in a physical activity of your choice for a minimum 30minutes per day. This is as important as any other essential activity of your life.

    4) Hydration: Stay hydrated, Drunk minimum eight glasses of water per day. Water helps to energize your body and helps you get going through of the day.
